CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT

• Check-in is available from the
  afternoon (4:00 PM to 7:00 PM) to allow for
  proper cleaning and preparation of the villa,
  while check-out is scheduled in the morning (by
  10:00 AM). Flexible arrangements may be
  available upon request, subject to availability.

HOUSE RULES

• To ensure everyone’s comfort, guests are kindly asked to respect the property, maintain quiet hours, follow waste disposal regulations, and take care of all indoor and outdoor furnishings. Smoking policies and pet rules are communicated in advance.

UTILITIES & COMFORT

• The villa is equipped with air conditioning in all bedrooms, high-speed Wi-Fi, washing machines, dishwashers, hot water, and drinkable tap water. Every detail is designed to offer hotel-level comfort in the privacy of a Sicilian villa.

LINENS & TOWELS

• Fresh bed linen and bathroom towels are provided for all guests. Pool towels are also available. For long stays, additional linen changes can be arranged upon request.

CLEANING SERVICES

• Mid-stay cleaning services can be arranged upon request for an additional fee. A professional team ensures high standards of hygiene and comfort throughout your stay.

WASTE DISPOSAL & ECO RULES

• Guests are required to follow local separate waste collection rules to protect the surrounding natural environment. Clear instructions are provided inside the villa to ensure easy and responsible disposal.

PARKING & ACCESS

• The villa includes reserved private parking within the Santo Pietro Estate, accessible through a dedicated entrance. Safety, privacy, and convenience are guaranteed for all guests.

Pet-Friendly on Request
